Once upon a time, ijaaay Kiangan Village, faaar, far away, there lived a happy sayote. She was loved by everybody in that place called Philex. And she was in everybody's menu ta kwa- naimas. Sayote with extra rice, sayote with corned beef, tortang sayote, sayote caprese salad with pesto sauce, sayote with pasta con pomodoro e basilico, or just the plain boiled uggot ti sayote with bagoong dip. Safe Taraki Boy's "Bucket" List

If you are taga-ijaaay Palawan (not the Palawan where you find pawikans and white beaches), you probably know who she is.
